Overview

Assl is a residential community by ARX Developments in the Sixth Settlement, New Cairo, set on 43 feddans with a low build ratio of around 20%, leaving the rest to green spaces, lagoons and leisure zones. It comprises 34 residential buildings (ground + 7 floors), delivered fully finished (ultra super lux) in about 3.5 years. Landscape design is by OKOPLAN, and the on-site hotel is managed by Helnan International Hotels.

Units range from one-bedroom apartments (61 m² with a private garden) to three-bedroom apartments up to 185 m², with payment plans starting at 10% down and up to 10 years of installments.
